Deep Sleep Inhaler

Essential Oils:  Lavender, Bergamot, Spikenard, Ylang ylang

This inhaler can be used before you want to fall asleep or when you wake up in the middle of the night and have a hard time relaxing again.  Gently insert just the tip of the inhaler in one nostril, gently block the other notril and inhale deeply once or twice.  Repeat on the other side.  The inhaler can be used a few times per hour, if needed.
